Check out this new opportunity!Senior Systems Engineer (Tracking Systems for Ground Management and Integration)Onsite in Scottsdale, AZPay Estimated: $82.19-$87.19/HourThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors, (geographical location, etc.)Active Secret Clearance RequiredJoin our team supporting the next phase of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA), contributing to the Ground Management and Integration (GMI) segment. This role supports the evolution of ground systems architecture initiated in Tranche 1 and advancing through Tranche 2, including efforts on SUPERNOVAs, Ground Entry Points (GEPs), and cloud-based system design.Responsibilities:Support the architecture and decomposition of ground system requirements across complex space-ground systems.Lead and support end-to-end system engineering including architecture, design, interfaces, and test case developmentCollaborate with mission partners and stakeholders to define, refine, and translate mission needs into system designsDecompose system-level space-ground requirements into software/system-level designsCoordinate closely with developers, integration & test teams to validate that components align with mission needsApply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies using tools like Cameo or MagicDrawSupport modeling, simulation, and analysis activities using tools such as STKIntegrate cloud computing and microservices architecture into system design strategiesQualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hireBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field and 8+ years of experience (Or Master's and 6+ years)Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agile Development experience
Experience in ground system design, scheduling systems, or mission trackingBackground in satellite communications, including ground-to-satellite interfacesExpertise in cloud-based microservice architectures and system/software designFamiliarity with Java, Python, MATLAB for coordination, analysis, or modelingProficiency with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw)Simulation experience using STK or similar toolsMoseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.Still have questions?
