
Technical Project Manager

- Coordinate projects involving embedded firmware, Linux driver development, and supporting tools.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and engineering deliverables across software, hardware, and QA teams.
- Collaborate with technical leads to define scope, estimate effort, and prioritize features.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and support CI/CD and release processes across firmware and systems tools.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment between technical work and business objectives.
- Communicate clearly with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership on status, risks, and timelines.
- Promote best practices in documentation, version control, and change tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical project or program management roles.
- Proven experience managing embedded systems, firmware, or driver development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development processes and team dynamics.
- Familiarity with software release cycles and CI/CD concepts in embedded or Linux-based environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira, Git, Notion, and Confluence.
- Understanding of embedded system architecture and hardware-software integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Linux systems concepts such as user-space vs. kernel-space, driver architecture.
- Exposure to mixed-language environments including C/C++ and Python.
- Knowledge of Linux kernel modules, device trees, or board bring-up processes.
