We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and help deliver on our mission of hope and recovery.Position Purpose:Provide clinical guidance and direction to the outpatient team and serve as point person in the absence of the Administrator. Oversight of the Rosecrance Belvidere Clinic location which includes outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling.Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Skilled in behavioral management techniques
  • Assist clients with daily living skills and providing hands on skills teaching. Assist clients with accessing services and integrating in to the community.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the behavior of the residents and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and facilitate development of independent living skills.
  • Develop and present all resident education.
  • Supervise all daily activities, including house jobs, study halls, shopping, cooking meals, free time, etc.
  • Consult with other staff members and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated shift.
  • Facilitate focal group discussion sessions as needed.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings of staff, such as treatment plan reviews, shift meetings or appropriate committee meetings as designated.
  • Ensure that patient service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
  • If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by residents and record information on medical log.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the house, resident house jobs, and the proper use of equipment and supplies.
  • Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
  • Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Compensation & Rewards· Starting Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)
  • HS/GED - $22.30 per hour
  • Associates’ - $23.43 per hour
  • Bachelor’s - $24.50 per hour
· Shift differentials
  • Second shift: +$.25/hr.
  • Third shift: +$.50/hr.
