Job OverviewShowroom sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You must uphold our high standards of customer service and demonstrate professionalism at all times. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction.Duties
Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders
Promote the Bedrosians product line
Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines
Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures
Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation
Meet monthly sales quotas
Work cooperatively in team environment
Participate in weekly branch meetings
Focus on increasing sales to meet branch sales plan
Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives
Any other duties required of the position
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
Design Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Excellent Computer and phone etiquette skills
Self-motivated and proactive-willing to take the extra step!
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Prior experience in the tile and stone industry is a plus
Design experience is a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
