This full-time role is essential in managing project administration, invoicing, client coordination, and business reporting. - Manage daily administrative and accounting activities within the regional Service Center
- Confirm customer order entries, assign project cost estimates, and prepare Order Acknowledgement letters
- Coordinate and fulfill specific contract requirements
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project and client data records
- Maintain and update open project databases, issue purchase orders, and track expenses
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices for the region
- Summarize and analyze project cost data for billing and forecasting
- Monitor weekly project status and prepare timely client reports
- Assist in resolving customer collections and vendor payables issues
- Analyze financial and operational data to support management decisions
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
- Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to management
- Support internal teams by streamlining business processes and improving documentation
- Perform intermediate network admin tasks, including user setups, software upgrades, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain data integrity and support IT-related requests for the center
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in service center administration, invoicing, project support, or bookkeeping
- Proficient in Oracle, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Strong understanding of accounting practices and project cost tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in a service center environment involving phone and computer-based work
