- Overseeing end-to-end release management processes for complex software products, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
- Continuously improving release management processes through feedback analysis from all stake holders and process optimization initiatives
- Understanding Business requirements, diving deep into Design, Review Test strategy, Test scripts facilitate demo
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, CDR, UAT & PMO team, DEV team, GEO teams to track progress support team, conduct risk assessments and identify potential quality issues, providing recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Review and analyze the test results and publish the results reports to all the stake holders
- Assessing current business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop a comprehensive automation roadmap
- Defining automation goals, automation framework CI CD Pipeline, metrics, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
- Evaluating and selecting suitable automation tools and technologies based on project requirements troubleshooting automation issues and provide timely support to end-users/ testers
