- Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans for property management and/or disposal.
- Lead resource projects and teams, manage assigned projects, consultants, and contractors and serve as Transaction Manager in the sale or disposal of real property.
- Formulate, review, present, and implement action plans, including detailed budgets for the management of multiple complex projects, and/or properties.
- Development of comprehensive property budgets, management of on-site personnel (or lessees), mining claims, royalties, water rights, leases, easements and any other property management or disposal related issues.
- Lead due diligence teams for the acquisition of real estate assets.
- Assist operations in real estate matters, including commercial leasing, easements, leases, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years of experience in real estate industry, property management, water rights administration or legal field with two (2) years of supervisory experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Geology, Water Resources Management, Real Estate, or related field and five (5) years in the real estate industry, property management, water rights administration or legal field with two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity of technical mining, legal, water, and land related terms
- Capable of working in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Ability to fulfill both leadership and team support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of organizing and managing multiple complex tasks
- Capable of working under pressure with frequent priority changes
- Capable of independent work and decision-making
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, facsimile machines and photocopier
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards

- Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator
