Engaged.That's the FACE Culture - and what we live and breathe here at MRA.MRA (The Management Association) is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in driving retention and revenue growth by building strong relationships with existing members, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales within the human resources services sector.As an Inside Sales Representative at MRA, you get to:
  • Understand, serve, prospect, and qualify existing and potential clients through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Understand client needs and pain points in the human resources domain and tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize conversion rates.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Track record of success in inside sales or a related role, preferably within the human resources consultancy or B2B services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in selling professional services, HR consulting services or HR technology solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or industry events (if required).
