- Understand, serve, prospect, and qualify existing and potential clients through proactive outreach via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Understand client needs and pain points in the human resources domain and tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and senior management to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize conversion rates.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Track record of success in inside sales or a related role, preferably within the human resources consultancy or B2B services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in selling professional services, HR consulting services or HR technology solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, or industry events (if required).
