5 years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, Release Support, Technical Implementations, or equivalent
Proven knowledge in Java/J2EE, server-side technologies, and middleware components
Strong operating system knowledge in Unix and Windows, including scripting skills
Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning
Experience with Splunk, Kafka, Dynatrace, and Python
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes
Experience in handling various production support roles and using monitoring/scheduling tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage production support issues/incidents and take ownership of escalations
Conduct troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution of technical issues
Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure Teams and Development Testing Teams for releases and upgrades
Communicate the status and health of applications to all lines of business and management
Lead end-to-end maintenance responsibility of all production services related to technology
