Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Coordinator

- Daily Scheduling. Plan and schedule upcoming monthly hvac planned maintenance jobs with the assigned technician.
- Monthly planned maintenance renewals. Gather reporting and send customers with planned maintenance their yearly renewals.
- Ordering. Using reports to order monthly filters and belts for our hvac planned maintenance jobs
- Customer Communication. Understand the Urgency of Each Job, Get parts ordered, technicians scheduled, and most importantly keep customers in the loop on what and when to expect.
- Schedule the Right Technician for each Job. Based on the urgency, location, type of equipment, and the technicians who know the facility, pick the best technician for each job.
- Hold Technicians Accountable. Make sure what we set out to accomplish on a job was completed. Push to get jobs completed in one visit.
- Complete Work. Stay on top of each job until it's finished. Make sure no jobs fall into the cracks. Make sure jobs are finished in the timeframe we have committed to.
- Answer Customer Calls. Enter service calls into our software, route inquiries to the appropriate people, screen calls.
- Good Written and Verbal Communication. You should be able to write and speak effectively and concisely with good grammar.
- Computer Skills. Proficient with most desktop software, including spreadsheets and word processors. Experience with cloud based software. Specific experience with Google Drive and Google Apps, Experience with ServiceTrade HVAC Dispatch Programs a plus.

- This job is located in our office in Apex NC, it's not a work from home position
- High School Diploma
- Drug Test and Background Check Required
- Pay rate $50-60,000 per year
