- Feature Monetization & Moto Things Execution:
- Lead program planning and execution of non-smartphone monetization strategies, including Moto Things initiatives. Drive alignment across product, business, and marketing teams to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Strategic UX & Software Feature Delivery:
- Manage end-to-end execution of software experience programs and key product differentiators. Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and product teams to ensure strategic features are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Unified Product Delivery Oversight:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end view of product delivery. Leverage platform synergies and standardization opportunities to enhance execution quality and speed.
- Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency:
- Identify, design, and implement critical process improvements. Drive operational efficiency and measurable cost savings across project lifecycles and business units.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration to support exploration and landing of new business opportunities. Foster alignment among stakeholders in product, engineering, finance, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the tech or consumer electronics industry.
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Microsoft Power Bi, Google Data Looker Studio.
- Experience with change management, budget / cost tracking and business case analysis.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
- Ability to take on new challenges and an excellent team player.
- PMP certification a plus.
