If you are looking to lead, mentor and oversee facility operations with room for growth and promotion, this position is for you!What You Will Be DoingAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staffWhat You Need for this PositionRequirements:
1.) 5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.) 2+ years Supervisory experience
3.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, etc.)
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) Strong preference toward candidates with Boiler knowledge, HVAC experience and/or Welding experienceWhat's In It for YouSalary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
