
Residential Program Manager

- Supervise, mentor, train, and develop the departmental staff, including Youth Support Specialists and Assistant Program Managers
- Responsible for scheduling, adequate staffing, time card review, overtime approval and employee evaluations
- Participate in treatment planning to ensure appropriate services are available to address the emotional, behavioral, spiritual and physical needs of the client
- Maintain a structured program schedule for residents and team members that is consistent, trauma-informed, and holistic
- Maintains Safe Crisis Management (SCM) certification and participates in SCM intervention with clients as needed.
- Provide on-call emergency support
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of education from a college or university and two years of experience in child-caring facility or high school diploma/equivalency with five years of experience in a child-caring facility are required; bachelor's degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) preferred
- Experience with recovery-based treatment plans and behaviorally oriented programs preferred
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Must be available for on-call duties during emergencies, as well as have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessary
