IT Infrastructure Project Manager

- Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects in on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including engineers, system admins, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Define project business requirements, scope, goals, timelines, resource needs, risks, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, RAID logs, reports, and post-mortems.
- Identify and mitigate risks, managing issues as they arise.
- Clearly communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders through reports and meetings.
- Ensure infrastructure deployments meet compliance, security, and performance requirements.
- Work closely with procurement and vendors for sourcing and delivery of infrastructure components.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and data centers.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Extensive experience managing network, server, and telecommunications-related projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
