
Substitute School Secretary

- Answer phones and direct calls or take messages.
- Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain attendance and student records as directed.
- Perform data entry, filing and other clerical duties.
- Support the administrative staff with day-to-day tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior office or clerical experience preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office. Google).
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
