Banquet Server

• Complete knowledge of the banquet menu
• Adequate wine and beer knowledge to field questions during service
• Able to work with other servers to execute proper sweep sequence.
• Ability to independently problem solve issues that arise in the banquet event room.
• Works with line staff and kitchen to deliver an exceptional dining experience
• Know sequence of service and follow the sequence of service
• Perform any side work task deemed appropriate by the Captains or Managers
• Maintain and follow high safety standards and personal conduct.
• Follow Company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Handbook, to include knowing and following the meal and the rest breaks policies.

• Uniform cleanliness and proper attire at all times without exception
• Sincere and warm interaction with all guests/clients/vendors including consistent eye contact with a smile.
