While their growth has been remarkable, they have never forgotten where they came from.What you will do as a Trimming Production Worker:
- Remove foreign material and non-standard products from processing equipment as assigned
- Trim defects from the raw product
- Inspect raw and processed products to ensure quality
- Perform sanitation duties such as using a pressure washer, scrub brush, and scraping during periods of downtime, clean-up times, line breaks, and as assigned by the Supervisor
- Work in temperature and humidity extremes
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 36 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations
