- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Ability to work independently.
- Lead a team of Field Operation Trainers (FOTs), delegate tasks and provide performance feedback.
- Hire, develop and train Field Operations Trainers.
- Conduct regular observations to ensure Field Operation Trainers (FOTs) provide consistent and efficient onboarding.
- Responsible for time and attendance completion.
- Become a subject matter expert in Alchemy Manager, Player, Playbook and Coach.
- Administrator to Alchemy ensuring that Learning Plans and Course records are accurate.
- Audit training through reporting to ensure compliance.
- Support course development using Alchemy Creator and Alchemy Playbook.
- Ensure onboarding training is being followed and done effectively.
- Partner with Trainer Supervisors to ensure training is aligned for job qualification training.
- Collaborate with Leadership to meet the team's training needs.
- Good understanding of OSHA requirements for safety training.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with Alchemy Systems is a plus
- Good facilitator skills and understanding of effective training for onboarding and on-the-job training.
- Strong computer, audio/video skills.
- Ability to learn new software/apps that are utilized in training (e.g. eLearning and video building)
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizations skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems, safety regulations and warehouse SOPs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Some college, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training and development.
- 3-5 years' experience in training and development with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
