IT & ERP Systems Technician

- Support ERP system management (Epicor) and help ensure smooth operation across departments
- Develop and Manage Custom ERP Reporting and Functionality
- Assist with implementation of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program
- Assist the IT Manager with daily support tasks and long-term projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and server-related problems
- Escalate unresolved issues to a third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Install and maintain software across systems
- Monitor firewalls and participate in baseline cybersecurity practices
- Contribute ideas and energy toward developing an in-house cybersecurity program
- Help gradually transition external IT services back in-house
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, Acumatica, JobBOSS or similar) preferred
- Familiarity with general IT troubleshooting (Tier 1 support level)
- Understanding of server/client environments
- Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to grow in that area
- CompTIA+ or similar certification is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
