Long-Term Contract: $40-50 per hourProject Manager to support the overall marketing vision. This key role will partner across teams to execute marketing strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals and the vision of Enterprise Leaders. The ideal candidate will have managed large website builds and implementations.Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Define and document workflows, processes, and system functionality.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including technical writing, process/system mapping, and training materials.
- Support the development and implementation of training plans in collaboration with the Technical Product Managers.
- Ensure MarTech systems are optimized to support marketing strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Take direction and feedback from Technical Product Managers, Business Segments Directors, and Development Teams to continuously improve project outcomes.
- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, communications, finance, or related field and 5+ years' experience in project management, business systems, analysis, design and development, preferably in financial services, or other directly related experience
- Strong documentation skills, including technical writing and process/system mapping.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Understanding of marketing operations and campaign execution workflows.
- This is a 5 day in-office position. This is not a hybrid role.
