- Professionally receive service calls from customers and create work orders in our software system.
- Prioritize service calls with the correct technician and dispatch appropriately.
- Thoroughly communicate with the customer and technician and keep both up to date with current situation.
- Coordinate and schedule service agreement inspections and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain dispatch board and tracking spreadsheets daily.
- Order and track parts needed and schedule accordingly.
- Manage unfinished work orders and drive them to completion.
- Communicate issues with Service Department Manager and Service Supervisors.
- Adhere to Service Department SOP’s at all times.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Two to Five years’ Service Department and/or office experience.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly competent with mobile, desktop and other IOS and Windows based operating systems.
- Must be able to hear and see well (either naturally or with correction); ability to see color and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols 100% of the time.
- Able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel and climb stairs as needed to complete your duties.
