We want to talk to you!! We have two positions open & expect them to fill quickly.What you'll do:-Check customer's vehicles in for service
-Discuss vehicle needs with customer
-Analyze remaining warranty, vehicle needs & vehicle history to recommend vehicle maintenance
-Offer additional needed services to guests and explains benefits
-Close out open tickets in a timely manner
-Provide an exceptional customer experience
-Communicate with customers while vehicle is being repaired
