We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent.Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator - TempWe currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative and highly sought-after Digital Operations team at Warner Music Group.A little bit about our team:Within the Digital Operations department of Media Operations, this role will provide end-to-end operational account support for digital accounts in the Americas and abroad as needed.This role will engage in systemic integration of new accounts and ongoing support of existing accounts while ensuring data compliance.This role will provide support to WMG affiliate labels globally regarding content delivery, XML specifications and technical details relating to the WMG digital delivery process including drafting and educating users on educational documentation.Your role:You will be working with a dynamic and innovative team solving the world’s supply chain operations problems while helping WMG to exploit its exciting catalog globally.You will be at the forefront of an ever-growing and ever-changing field as we constantly adapt to the ways people consume music and the accounts that work to provision that media.You will work on a team where no two days are truly alike and being a digital detective is all in a day’s work.Here you’ll get to:Manage operational and technical account relationships of key partners based in North America.Act as the primary point of contact for North America DSP support, including: new account profile setup, education on our supply chain workflow and standards, contract language adherence and operational compliance, digital content delivery and release management support.Triage issues with digital assets, production processes, source media, and client infrastructure.Resolve DSP service tickets and catalog optimization inquiries.Provide takedown non-compliance research and partner outreach as needed.Provide metadata validation instruction and support to labels to ensure data governance compliance.Support global affiliates in monitoring and administration of timed releases.Support Immersive Audio accounts to deliver content and troubleshoot delivery/source issues.Monitor team distribution list in order to provide day to day digital fulfillment support and management of timely requests from affiliates.Assist with resolving weekly SNOW tickets for US based partners to re-encode any files in Asset Failed (~10-20)ConductMonitor digital supply chain health to both monitor and resolve failed deliveries to commercial partners.Assist Labels and media production personnel with the vetting and monitoring of sensitive release plans, and partner specific follow up.Participate in operational and regional conference calls to raise awareness and educate audiences on systemic developments, account activities, technical deployments, and other supply chain related activity.Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to better service the business and catalog.Participate in global systemic initiatives, such as XML specification upgrades, encode rationalization efforts, and introduction/education of any technical enhancements pertaining to Digital Service Providers..Suggest and implement enhancements to our workflows as needed to improve efficiency.Document Change Requests and bug fixes, as well as provide the technical teams support in testing enhancements/deployments as needed.Survey DSPs to promote compliance, maintain security standards and to ensure WMG's digital supply chain meets business standards.Provide support for any missing content on YouTube Music and Shorts as it relates to the Production process.About you:Read, interpret, and amend XML.Communicate clearly, effectively, and timely.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Maintain an approachable demeanor.Stay organized, on task, and motivated.Think critically and creatively.Learn and implement new processes, procedures or concepts quickly.Review analysis and translate it into actions.Proficient in Google Workspace for Google Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Meet.1-2 years account management and/or working with digital service provider experience preferred.We’d love it if you also had:A passion for music.Multi-tasking capabilities.Curiosity for our business and your role within it.A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.Experience in digital content, data, and/or account management.Experience with computer programming languages.About us:As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike.
