We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in foundation design, construction engineering, and structural analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs for diverse projects.   • Design and detail various foundation systems, including concrete piers, slabs, grade beams, retaining walls, and helical piles.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes.
  • Partner with project managers to resolve on-site construction challenges.
  • Support the sales team by optimizing foundation designs and preparing accurate cost estimates.
  • Conduct structural calculations and prepare detailed technical specifications.
  • Review and produce precise foundation drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on foundation design experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with RISA, RAM, HILTI, or similar structural software preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical reports and anchorage design.
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, and communication skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain it is a plus.
