About the Role:
Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Service Technician and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Toledo, OH. Compensation
  • Full-time technicians can expect to earn between $85,000 to $140,000 over a 12-month period. This salary is influenced by skill level and the willingness to take on extra calls during peak seasons.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair major appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal appliance performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating repair options and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an appliance repair technician. References will be required from the appliance repair company.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
