- Responsible for executing in an Assembly/Integration and Test environment to ensure the product is integrated and operating correctly.
- Create, develop, and maintain test procedures that support the integration and delivery of the vehicle.
- Coordination of readiness and support for daily activities across multiple disciplines to include internal and external support
- Ability gain a certification to and perform as a Certified Test Conductor / Test Engineer supporting integration.
- Interim Secret Clearance required
- Experience in Assembly, Integration and Test Operations
- Experience writing and executing test procedures in an Assembly, Test, or Launch Operations (ATLO) or Production environment
- Willingness/ability to present to high level customers and LM executives
- Prior Certified Test Conductor and/or Certified Principal Engineer.
- Prior experience working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
- Experience testing Missile Systems in a production/Operations environment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, specifications and requirements
- Experience in or adjacent to manufacturing engineering and/or test engineering, with knowledge of hardware integration and test flows
- Team Leadership or Project Management Experience of a Multi Functional/Discipline Team
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space Systems system tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework etc.) or industry equivalent
- Experience working/interfacing with LM ATLS Facilities and Resources
- Experience using basic lab equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with customer, PMO, and team members
