- Answer incoming calls according to a proven, preset guide, and schedule sales appointments.
- Log customers into our customer relationship management software. (CRM)
- Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made in CRM.
- Followup with sales department to determine if the appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed.
- Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives.
- Respond to customer website request. (Internet inquires)
- Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule sales and service appointments.
- Notify necessary department to inform of appointments set.
- Forward customer concerns to the correct department manager and follow up.
- Pleasant and engaging phone persona.
- Call center experience a plus but not necessary.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record of high performance.
- Strong record of positive customer service.
- Team orientated.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
