Help Desk Technician

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests from internal users across various departments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating when necessary.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions using the IT ticketing system.
- Support audio/visual equipment and conference room setups as needed.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure high quality service and system uptime.
- Follow and contribute to IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) preferred.
- Experience with Linux and Raspberry Pi
- Experience with Oracle EBS
