We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep our machines and facility running safely and smoothly. This role involves inspecting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on equipment and systems in the plant.Key Responsibilities:
- Always put safety first while performing all tasks.
- Maintain and repair machines (rubber-making, stamping, motors, hydraulics, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance on facility systems like boilers, chillers, and air compressors.
- Inspect tools and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, exit signs, storage tanks).
- Keep work areas clean and follow 6S housekeeping standards.
- Use proper safety gear and follow safety rules (LOTO, electrical safety, etc.).
- Be available to work overtime, weekends, or be on-call if needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read schematics and follow work instructions.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Must have electrical and plumbing experience
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Comfortable with standing, climbing, bending, crawling, and working in tight or high spaces.
- Work in various conditions (hot, cold, noisy, dusty, etc.).
