- Creating solutions and processes to improve overall client experience
- Assisting branch staff with various client servicing needs
- Contributing to the bank's client retention and client experience goals by being a main point of contact for various client needs that arise in our branches
- Acting as a liaison with fraud, bankcard, and other departments to ensure client's needs are resolved in a timely manner
- Resolving client issues that arise in their day-to-day usage of bank products and services
- Generating referrals to bank partners
- Providing support to team members as needed
- Assisting with department projects and tasks as needed
- A High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in branch banking, customer service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Working knowledge of banking products & services, customer service, and retention skills.
- Familiarity with the sales, loan processing and loan closing processes.
- Great customer service, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office software, especially Word and Excel.
