- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years’ experience working in warehousing, inventory, or stockroom operations preferred.
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving practices, inventory control, and material handling.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, ERP Systems and MRP.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry.
- Ability to use hand tools, material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified), and barcode/RFID systems.
- The ability to communicate effectively with different people in varying fields and positions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Ability to read and follow supply documents, requisitions, and standard operating procedures.
- Must be customer-focused and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to reason and solve problems.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Some climbing and balancing.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.
- High noise levels are common with general maintenance.
- Must have the ability to maintain assigned work hours.
- Must have sufficient endurance to perform tasks over long periods of time.
- This is an Onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite at an Aleut location
- This role requires work in a non-office setting, outdoor and industrial locations.
- Work requires exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, mist, and/or fumes.
- Required the ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- We require wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, a fall protection harness, protective-toe footwear, gloves, a hard hat, and hearing protection
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
- Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
- Must be proficient with the English Language per contract.
