Salary: Up to $89,000 annuallyShift: Day ShiftAbout the Role:As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily operations and ensuring top-quality care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervising & Supporting Nursing Staff – Conducting daily rounds and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
  • Enhancing Resident Care – Monitoring treatments, reviewing notes, and providing direct nursing care when needed.
  • Driving Operational Excellence – Assisting in policy development and organizational planning to uphold the highest standards of geriatric nursing.
What You’ll Need:
  • Ohio RN License (Required)
  • CPR Certification
  • 1+ Year of Supervisory Experience
  • 1+ Year of Recent Clinical Experience in Geriatric Nursing
