Adecco is hiring an Administrative Inventory Clerk in Olyphant, PA. This role involves managing inventory, assisting drivers and customers, and maintaining accurate system updates. The main function of this position for the first 6 weeks will focus on scanning documents into the system. After that period you will handle duties such as counting inventory, updating the system, assisting with drivers and customers, maintaining organization of inventory.IMPORTANT: There are directions at the end of this email regarding how to move forward for consideration. Thank you!Responsibilities:Check in truck drivers and assign dock doors.Answer phones and provide customer service support.Scan documents and maintain accurate records.Count and track inventory.Enter and update data in the computer system.Assist with general warehouse operations as needed.Requirements:Strong computer skills required.Previous experience in a warehouse required. Previous inventory control, warehouse operations, and/or customer service preferred.Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.Detail-oriented and organized.Must wear long pants and steel toed footwear.Must be able to work between the hours of Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Benefits of working with Adecco:Competitive pay at $20/hour.Steady Monday through Friday schedule.Weekly pay and access to Adecco benefits.Pay Details: $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
