PURPOSE OF POSITION: An Instructor Scheduling Agent is responsible for assigning and coordinating daily and next-day lesson assignments, scheduling, and activities for ski instructors.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Give ski instructors all guest lesson information and enter it into the system
  • Monitor inventory for current day and next day assignments and follow up with instructors and guest requests
  • Communicate and work closely with the reservations and sales departments regarding all ski lesson requests and unassigned lessons
  • Support the on-snow supervisors with their specific ski programs, and assist them with questions and reports, operating a two-way radio device
  • Handle instructor phone calls regarding lesson information and questions
  • Clean and stock stations at daily scheduling desk and staging area
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Available seven days a week, typically working four days at 8-10 hours per day

  • $21.00 per hour
