Be part of a dynamic organization where your skills make a difference every day.Job PurposeAs a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll install, test, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Working with precision and attention to detail, you’ll read installation plans, fabricate ducts, and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and related equipment per company and manufacturer specifications.
- Fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings to meet project requirements.
- Test HVAC systems to verify proper functionality and identify issues for repair.
- Perform system start-ups and follow up on repairs to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain and clean work areas upon project completion, upholding professional standards.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork, documenting installation and service details.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain installation processes and ensure satisfaction.
- Work overtime or weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification (preferred).
- HVAC trade school certification (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret installation plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Basic computer skills for using laptops, tablets, or other devices for documentation.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for installations and repairs.
- Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, with occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites.
- Available for full-time hours, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
