Job Responsibilities:Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to hotel standardsPrepare simple hot and cold food items (e.g., eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruit)Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions about the breakfast offeringsMonitor food levels and restock items promptlyKeep the dining area clean, organized, and sanitary at all timesClean and maintain kitchen and serving equipmentFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesAssist with inventory and supply orders as neededBreak down and clean breakfast area after service endsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not requiredFriendly, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skillsAbility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidaysStrong attention to detail and cleanlinessAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbsMust be reliable and punctualLRC2 Management is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
