- 1-3 years' experience for a Technician, 3+ years for an Engineer
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
- Ability provide in-person technical support and service work as needed, ensuring seamless on-site troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with ticket tracking, time entry, and network documentation
- Diagnose & resolve technical issues following documented SOPs
- Creative problem solver with self-management skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with:
- Networking equipment (e.g., Firewalls, Access Points)
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365
- Windows Server 2016-2025, Office 2013+, Windows 10+
- Citrix, VDI, Remote Desktop Services
- Android/iPhone support, vendor management
- Domain registrar/certificate management
- Physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructure
