- Install new machinery, including assembly, alignment, start-up, testing, and production support
- Lead rigging teams during installations to ensure projects are completed on time
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, providing technical solutions
- Train operators and maintenance staff on proper use and upkeep
- Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and service on extrusion equipment
- Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in a service or maintenance role
- Strong skills in reading technical drawings and equipment alignment
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems; basic electrical knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with computers and clear communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
- Willingness to travel extensively across North America
- Valid driver’s license required
