I need a Superintendent with 7+ years experience in roadway and underground wet utilities experienceReview project plans, specifications, estimates, and documents before work beginsPerform take-offs, identify conflicts, and provide input on schedule, labor, and equipment needsCoordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers; track lead times and approvalsManage change orders, documentation, permits, utilities, and site logisticsOversee safety, traffic control, drainage, and quality control throughout the projectMaintain daily logs, cost reports, as-builts, pay estimates, and final close-out documentationSupervise and support Foremen, subcontractors, and workforce hiring/terminationEnsure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
