We are currently seeking a Industrial Electricians to join our team in Baltimore. This individual contributor will be responsible for providing maintenance service to production lines.Essential DutiesPerform routine repairs on machinery in the plantMust be able to read instructions, blue prints, and manuals, and use any meters, hand tools, and shop equipment required to perform tasksReplace electric motors, switches and wires as requiredTroubleshoot and repair equipment, relays, AC and DC motorsTroubleshoot and repair input and output control devicesWork with 3-phase electrical systemsPerform preventative maintenance to prevent major production interruption and to ensure the safe operating condition of the plantMaintain tools and test equipment to maintain plant electrical systemsAssist supervision in the design of new equipment as well as replacement equipment to enhance the performance of plant electrical systemsWork in a neat and orderly manner and be responsible for safety and good housekeeping at all timesMust have good mechanical skillsOperate lift truckMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and climb ladders to access equipmentMust be able to kneel, stoop and crawl around machinery to perform workParticipate in continuing training processMust be willing / able to work 6 days per week, with occasional days offOther duties may be assignedQualifications Required:H.S.
