This individual will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and will partner with the firm's employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to drive the firm's growth.Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, request for qualifications (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and pricing and other marketing collateral from kick-off meeting to submittal;
  • Composes, edits, and creates custom graphic material and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs and RFPs;
  • Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development/marketing activities;
  • Prepares and completes federal, state, city, and international forms;
  • Assists in the scheduling, tracking, and coordination of trade shows and special events;
  • Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and
  • Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required;
  • Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry;
  • Experience with InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop;
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills;
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and motivated self-starter;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. This position is also eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm.
