You'll identify opportunities to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.In our Float position, you'll also have the unique opportunity to spend time and collaborate with our teams across our various branches throughout Southern Maine, building relationships with our wide customer base!If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences, a talent for building relationships, and a drive to grow with Norway Savings Bank, we want you on our team!Apply now and embark on a rewarding career with us!What we’re looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous cash-handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
  • Self-motivated and driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
  • Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
  • Ability to travel in between branches.
