- System requirements; documentation management, testing, verification, and validation
- Hardware and software integration; planning, testing, troubleshooting, and report generation
- Engineering leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills, cross-discipline engineering knowledge, design review package generation, and developing customer intimacy
- Success leading the systems development life cycle and a strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
- Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies and apply new information quickly while handling increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
