Our mission is to deliver operational excellence and commercial results across every location we serve.About the RoleAs Regional Executive General Manager a senior-level leader reporting directly to the COO you'll oversee three bulk transloading terminals supporting Appalachian Basin customers. This role is responsible for optimizing throughput, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, driving commercial results, and leading teams toward best-in-class performance across multiple transportation modes (rail, barge, truck).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership for 3 transload facilities aligned with corporate goals and safety standardsEstablish and enforce KPIs, SOPs, and operational policiesOptimize asset utilization, reduce costs, and increase profitabilityOversee safe, compliant rail switching and car staging operations (1,000+ car capacity)Manage barge transload activity, berth scheduling, and liquid handlingCoordinate manifest/unit train schedules and interface with Class I railroadsLead and develop site leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional staffPromote accountability, continuous improvement, and a safety-first culturePartner with Sales, Business Development, and Finance to drive strategic growth and capital investmentEnsure regulatory compliance (OSHA, FRA, DOT, PHMSA, EPA, USCG)Lead HSE programs, incident investigations, and root cause analysesRequirementsBachelor's Degree required10+ years' experience in bulk terminal or industrial logistics, including 5+ years leading multiple sitesExpertise in:Rail operations and Class I railroad coordinationBarge/river terminal operations and liquid transloadingCost management, financial reporting, and P&L oversightLeadership of cross-functional teams in a high-risk environmentMidstream, energy, or frac sand industry operationsExperience with project management or Six Sigma methodologiesProficient in TMS/WMS platforms and asset tracking toolsWillingness to travel 2540% across tri-terminal regionWhat We OfferCompetitive and negotiable salary and executive titleCompany vehicle and travel reimbursementComprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matchHigh-impact, high-visibility role with strategic growth opportunities
