
Sr. Software Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems while leading teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Expert in all stages of software coding, including designing, coding, debugging, and implementing software solutions
- Oversee software development lifecycle and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize existing systems, and implement new features based on user feedback and industry trends
- Implement advanced signal processing and geolocation algorithms with efficient software, testing with real data, and providing applications to front-line customer facilities
- Able to work unsupervised with minimal direction and take the initiative to remain current with the latest technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Minimum 15 years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis field
- Highly proficient in modern software engineering practices for testability and readability
- Highly proficient in C++ and Python for engineering and scientific applications in LINUX environments
- Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to junior team member and mentoring other engineers to grow in their technical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to design the architecture of software systems to ensure they achieve functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements
- Current and active Top-Secret Clearance with a polygraph
- DevOps and Cloud computing Experience (Gitlab, CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PIP)
