Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through, phone calls, emails and other communications
Convert customer quotes into orders, and consult with sales team commercial and technical issues as needed
Provide recommendations and technical assistance and service to customers
Build on customer relationships to provide continuing business
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
2-5+ Years of customer service experience
Must be able to problem solve creatively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business preferred, not required
