
Driver/Material Handling Technician

- Move and stage raw material, in process material, finished materials, expense materials and apparatus.
- Perform material moves, clean and preserving products, and provide support to other team members.
- Perform hand tapping, cleaning, preservation, crating, packaging material for storage/ or shipping.
- Receive job assignment with drawing and other necessary information, including oral or written
- Obtain all tools, fixtures and related equipment and perform work.
- Delivery and stage materials to designated plant / office locations as required.
- Safely operate bridge cranes, jib cranes, fork trucks, hand trucks, etc. for material handling.
- Perform a variety of part kitting functions.
- Perform hand tapping, cleaning, bagging and preserving materials.
- Check work using proper measuring or gaging equipment as required.
- Working with wood and metal creating crates for various materials blocking, bracing, foam machine, circular saw, drill, banding materials, loading and unloading trucks.
- Keep equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition.
- Able to work alone and stay on task.
- Drive a light duty box truck, and work at offsite warehouse without direct supervision.
- Transport inventory to and from an offsite warehouse.
- Any other functions needed to perform in order to facilitate the team of the warehouse.
- Observe all safety and hygiene requirements as specified and directed.
- A variety of tools such as hand tools, power tools, blast cleaning, pressure washer systems, gauges, measuring equipment, wrapping and packaging equipment, etc.
- Bridge cranes, jib cranes, fork trucks, hand trucks, etc. for material handling. Computers and

- High School Graduate
- Must possess a U.S. drivers license.
- Must be a sole US citizen and able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
