Does this sound like you?As a Customer Support Specialist, your impact is two-fold:
  • For the customer, your goal is to is to provide technical assistance with products, process inquiries, pricing, urgent orders and deliveries.
  • For the team, your goal is to communicate needs and information, collaborate with other team members and departments, and coordinate activities to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work in the office.
  • Experience with fluid power products / industry preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred but not required. We train!
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
