Associates of Arts Degree from any accredited college or university; In lieu of the associate degree, an additional two (2) years of directly related, applied, practical work experience for a total of seven (7) may be substituted.Required Qualifications:Active TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph is required;5 years' experience working in a professional or academic environment.5 years’ experience working in customer service and data/information management, as part of a team;2 years’ experience drafting and following standard operating procedures and checklists and communicating with colleagues and customers via written correspondence.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Meets normal demands associated with an office environment and possesses physical ability required of related training or education program and environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
