We take pride in producing high-quality parts and components with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Laser/Brake Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC laser cutting machines and press brakes to produce parts to specification. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.Responsibilities:Set up, program, and operate CNC laser and brake press equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsMeasure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlinesQualifications:Previous experience as a laser operator, brake press operator, or similar role in metal fabricationAbility to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprintsStrong math and measuring skills (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Familiarity with CNC programming and controls (preferred)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and quality standardsWhat We Offer:Health, dental, and vision insuranceTeam-oriented environment: Join a supportive community that values collaboration and innovation.Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for advancement and skills training.
